The Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Tukur Buratai, has decorated twenty-three (23) new Major Generals from the rank of Brigadier Generals.

The Minister of Police Affairs, Alhaji Mohammad Maigari Dingyadi, has called for continuous peaceful co-existence amongst Christians and Muslims in Nigeria. The Minister made the call in Abuja while receiving members of the Centre for Qur’anic Reciters of Nigeria, under the leadership of Gwani Aliyu Salihu Turaki, who were on a courtesy call to the ministry.

Facts are beginning to emerge on the real reason why the Department of State Services (DSS) is yet to release Omoyele Sowore, the convener of the #RevolutionNow protest, days after an Abuja High Court ordered his release.
