The Supreme Court will on Friday, decide the fate of the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, in the appeal filed by the Federal Government against a judgment of the Court of Appeal, which quashed the treasonable felony charges against the IPOB leader.
The Government of Rivers State had defended its decision to pull-down and rebuild the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex, saying the building structure has been grossly affected following the recent explosion that hits the building.
