The country on Tuesday recorded 490 new cases of coronavirus infections.

 

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its official Twitter page, the total number of confirmed cases in the country is now 17,148.

Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases, 142, while the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja followed with 60.

The total number of confirmed cases is now 17,148.

The number of discharged patients records 5,623, while those of deaths is 455.

A breakdown of the cases recorded in all the states in the country are as follows:

Lagos(142), FCT(60), Bayelsa(54), Rivers(39), Delta(37), Oyo(30), Kaduna(26), Imo(23), Enugu(19), Kwara(17), Gombe(11), Ondo(10), Bauchi(8), Ogun(7), Borno(6), Benue(1).
