Former Barcelona start, Gary Lineker has said, Kylian Mbappe is too young to retire from active football following speculation that the super star was quitting. This followed as it was learned that Paris Saint-Germain, PSG, has officially received a bid from the Saudi Al-Hilal club beckoning the French international. Mbappe experience has been on the radar of major European club sides ever since news broke that he wouldn’t be extending his deal at the French club, PSG.
However, Saudi side Al-Hilal club has made advances by offering a mouth-watering offer to sign the player by all means, making PSG an offer that is difficult decline.
The young player future is hanging in the balance, and with numerous reports linking him to various clubs, Lineker expressed his opinion on the Al-Hilal offer: saying “He’s too young to semi-retire, surely?” referring to Mbappe.
Lineker, who is also a legend of Tottenham, opined that he viewed the move to the Saudi Pro League as a retirement plan for the French international.
Confirming the speculation by Sky Sport news, Al-Hilal has tabled an offer exceeding £200 million for the talented forward, which PSG may likely accept.
