The 29-year-old French international said it was his family’s “worst nightmare” after his home was burgled while his kids were asleep in their bedroom.
The incident happened during Manchester United’s last-16 Champion's League tie against Atletico Madrid at the Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester.
Speaking about the incident he said, “There were jewels from my mother, my world champion medal. What scared me the most was that my two children were at home with the nanny during this incident.
“She overhead everything, called my wife and security, then locked herself with the boys in a room. For several days, she was shocked. The main thing is that my children are well.
Pogba scored France’s third goal in the 2018 World Cup final in Moscow, Russia, beating their opponents Croatia 4-2.
