The ruling of a Lagos High court sitting in Ikeja over a no-case submission filed by Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans and his co-defendants, would be decided today. The pronouncement of Justice Hakeem Oshodi, a presiding judge over the case would determine whether the case would continue or not.

Following the allegation raised by a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Obadiah Mailafiya, that “a Northern Governor is the commander of Boko Haram”, the Department of States Services (DSS) has invited him to come and explain further.
