A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has Okayed the Federal Government demand to shield identities of witnesses paraded to testify against the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The presiding Judge, Justice James Omotosho gave the approval in a ruling he delivered on this afternoon.

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has yesterday ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest, detain and prosecute six individuals alleged to be behind the Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX) fraud. The suspects include; Adefowora Olanipekun, Adefowora Oluwanisola, Emmanuel Uko, Seyi Oloyede, Avwerosuo Otorudo and Chukwuebuka Ehirim.
The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) said it has extradited Benjamin Best Nnayereugo, widely known as “Killaboi,” from Doha, Qatar, to Nigeria, where he is expected to face prosecution for the alleged murder of Miss Augusta Onuwabhagbe, a 21-year-old university student.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) disclosed that three of its personnel sustained gunshot injuries during a raid in Abuja.This development was made known by the NDLEA spokesperson, Femi Babafemi in statement which said the officers were attacked at an uncompleted building in Jahi area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, following intelligence and surveillance reports.
