A Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Abuja, on Thursday has granted an ex-governor of Taraba State, Darius Ishaku, a N150 million bail over alleged N27 billion fraud charge brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

In response to allegations of misconduct involving handling cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, the Federal Government has directed the suspension of several officers overseeing the Maximum and Minimum Custodial Centres in Kirikiri, Lagos State.
