The Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria, KACRAN, has expressed concerns over the proposed state police and the risk in its implementation. The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has revealed that Nigerians will pay for the new multipurpose national identity card citing limited government revenue as a reason. The card, powered by AfriGO, was launched in partnership with the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigeria Interbank Settlement System. The card will be enabled for all government interventions and services across multiple Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
