President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Folashade Arinola Adekaiyaoja, as the Deputy Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS). It was learned that such appointment by president Tinubu’s is first of its kind within the DSS as part of his plan to reposition the secret police. According to source within the system who pleaded anonymity as he was not authorize to speak said, the appointment is in line with the original organogram of the Service.

The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, has task high delegation team to Zamfara State for an investigation over the incident of alleged bombing of civilian during Saturday’s operation by NAF in the state.
