Zenith Bank apologized to its customers over service disruption across its e-channels, stating that it was aimed at serving them better, adding that customers can now perform transactions through their mobile app, debit cards, internet banking etc.

This was made known in a statement issued by the bank which reads as follows, “Dear Valued Customer, we sincerely apologize for the service disruptions you experienced recently on our banking channels. This was due to an Information Technology upgrade aimed at improving the quality of service we provide you.

“We have made significant progress with the upgrade and you can now perform transactions conveniently with the following Zenith bank Channels: Your Zenith Bank Debit Card, The Zenith Bank Mobile App, The Zenith bank Internet Banking Platform, Zenith Agents nationwide (Agent Banking).

“You can also visit any of our branches nationwide to perform your transactions.”

Recall that on Tuesday October 1, Zenith Bank informed its customers about a routine maintenance that would cause service disruptions for a few hours, however, customers were unable to access their funds for close to 48 hours after.
