Russian side Amkar Perm had their loan recruit Aaron Samuel to thank as his brace helped them to a 2-1 win over Lokomotiv Moscow as the Russian Premier League returns after the international break.

The Nigerian joined Amkar Perm on loan from fellow Russian side CSKA Moscow during the January transfer window, and ‎the striker who scored just once in seven games for CSKA in the first half of the league has already doubled his tally in just three games for his new side.
