Former Arsenal star, Paul Merson has predicted that Liverpool, despite their recent set back would emerge victorious in the English Premier League this season. Ahead of Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea FC, the Liverpool Club was the same that won the league last season.

Liver pool Manager, Jurgen Klopp and his Manchester City counterpart, Pep Guardiola, have kicked against the Premiere League new rule to revert substitute from five to three.
