Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali has reacted to his name being omitted from the list of final nominees pencilled for the 2024 CAF Goalkeeper of the Year. CAF announced the final nominees list for the award on yesterday Thursday.
Names like Ronwen Williams, Yahya Fofana and Andre Onana are the three goalkeepers that made it to the shortlist.
However, Nwabali was left in a shock when his name failed to future following his spectacular performance for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
During the said competition, the 28-year-old kept four clean sheets at the competition.
Reacting to his omission, Nwabali wrote on X: “We move!!!
