The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has announced the nominees for Player Of The Year awards for 2020/2021.
Belgian and Manchester City FC player Kevin De Bruyne has been nominated as player of the year by the football governing body.
Also nominated are Italian and Chelsea FC player Jorginho along with fellow Chelsea FC player, N’Golo Kante from France.
Three coaches also nominated as Coach of The Year are Josep Guardiola of Manchester City FC, Italian men’s national team’s coach Roberto Mancini and Thomas Tuchel of Chelsea FC, German men’s national team coach.
UEFA would announce the winners at the 2021/2022 UEFA Champions League group stage draw ceremony scheduled to take place in Istanbul, Turkey on Thursday 26 August 2021.
