Anambra Poll: IPOB Threatens One Week Sit-At-Home Protest From Nov 5
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has threatened to declare a one week sit-at-home protest, shutting down the South East from November 5 to 10, 2021 over the continued detention of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu. The sit-at-home order comes ahead of the Anambra State governorship election scheduled for November 6, 2021. The separatist group issued a deadline of November 4th to the Federal Government for the Kanu's or risk a week-long shutdown of activities in the South East region.
