Manchester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho Thursday responded to speculations linking him with a summer move to a host of clubs including Newcastle United and West Ham.

A Catalonia court on Wednesday sentenced Argentina and Barcelona football star Lionel Messi and his father Jorge to 21 months in prison over evasion offences particularly on Lionel’s image rights, with more than €4m owed in back payments.
However, Messi and his father will not be sent to the prison because the sentence is less than two years and both have no previous criminal record.

French Police investigating suspected tax fraud have raided the headquarters of Paris Saint-Germain Footbal Club and the homes of its Argentine players Angel Di Maria and Javier Pastore. A French official said the police on Tuesday entered the head offices of PSG FC at Parc des Princes and other offices in Boulogne-Billancourt, outside the French capital.

England are in danger of losing another of their best prospects with the news that Nigeria are trying to convince Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham to play for them.

Abraham is being tipped to have a prolonged career at the highest level after scoring 26 goals on loan at Bristol City this season.
