Commendation has continued to trail the recent release of a Nigerian student detained by Saudi authorities over her alleged possession of banned narcotic substance, Zainab Aliyu. Ms Zainab was released on Tuesday even as she was spotted with officials of the Nigerian consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As part of plans for the 2019 Workers day celebration, the Federal Government has declared Wednesday, May 1, as a public holiday. The Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen.
