FG Mulls Retaliatory Measures Against South Africa Over Xenophobic Attacks
The Federal Government has expressed growing frustration over what it describes as the South African government's inadequate response to a fresh wave of xenophobic attacks against Nigerians living in the country, warning that retaliatory diplomatic measures, including a review of bilateral privileges, remain under consideration. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, disclosed this on Monday while briefing journalists after a meeting with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
