The Moroccan-American rapper French Montana is engaged to a princess of Dubai, Sheikha Mahra Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, one year after she announced her divorce from her first husband.
Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, proposed to her during Paris Fashion Week in June.
Sheikha Mahra is the daughter of Dubai ruler and United Arab Emirates (UAE) Prime Minister Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
She ended her marriage to her first husband, Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, on July 17, 2024, via an Instagram post that read, “Dear husband, I hereby declare our divorce. I divorce you, I divorce you, and I divorce you. Take care. Your ex-wife.”
Montana is estimated to be worth $25-50 million, while Sheikha Mahra’s personal wealth is estimated to be $1.5 billion.
