The wife of Olugbenga Ale, chief of staff to Rotimi Akeredolu, governor of Ondo state, has been abducted. She was reportedly abducted at Owena in Idanre local government area of the state on Thursday night, while in the company of four other women who were traveling from Lagos. A family source said her vehicle was stopped and she was whisked away alongside two other persons. Information provided by the source reveals that one of the passengers fled into the bush while Ale’s wife, her driver, and one other woman were not so lucky.

Men of the Nigeria Police Force soon get what they have been clamoring for as information has revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved salary increment for them. According to a report by Daily post, the salary increment cuts across all ranks of the force.
