The Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), led by his Eminence the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, on Wednesday called on President Muhammadu Buhari to as a matter of urgency declare a state of emergency on security in Nigeria. He made the call in Abuja at a press conference organized by the Council.
