President Muhammadu Buhari has called on members of Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, also known as Shiite to desist from needless violent street protests since the matter they are protesting against is already in court.

Report by the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) indicated that Nigeria lose over N1.4 trillion every year to violence against children.
