The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Ahmed Abdulaziz disclosed that the Federal Governement (FG) has spent a total of N8.8Bn to repair and restore 128 transmission towers that were vandalized nationwide from January to November, 2024.

Pensioners under the Contributory Pension Scheme have directed members to occupy the Ministry of Finance on Dec 16th following unpaid accrued gratuities owed pensioners from March 2023 to November 2024. The Supreme Court, has annuls the National Lottery Act 2005 enacted by the National Assembly on Friday. A seven-member panel of the Supreme Court in a unanimous judgment held that the National Lottery Act 2005 should no longer be enforced in all states, except the Federal Capital Territory, in respect of which the National Assembly is empowered to make laws.
