The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that the pre-registration for its Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) would commence on August 18 via its official portal, cvr.inecnigeria.org.
The commission said in-person registration would start a week later on August 25 and would be held at its local government offices and other designated registration centers across the nation from 9am to 3pm except on weekends.
