Popular Nollywood actress, Chika Ike has completed her mansion ahead of the commencement of her Television reality show called "Africa Diva" The actress who is currently studying at the most prestigious University, Harvard University, took to her social media pages to share pictures of the mansion. The reality show focuses on the search for the ideal African woman. Women from all over the nation get a chance to compete for the privilege of being called an African Diva.

The show will span over the course of 4 weeks. According to the Pulse, each day, the girls will compete in a task. The tasks will judge the girls on their domestic skills, hospitality, entrepreneurship, sports, child-care and their knowledge of Africa. At the end of each task, the contestants will be assessed, there will be winners and losers, and every episode will see the eviction of at least one of the contestants.


The last season saw Ebony beat Beatrice to become the winner of $10,000, a brand new car, an acting contract, a cover feature in an international magazine and one year supply of Fancy Nancy accessories.


Chika Ike on December 1, 2017, disclosed that she had successfully conducted the audition for the third season of the reality show across 10 states in the federation. She wrote on her Facebook page

"African diva auditions has been successfully conducted in 10 states in Nigeria and across Africa. It’s been an immensely stressful and intense couple of months ... we came, we saw, we conquered. God is awesome. Thanks to the African diva team who worked tirelessly on this project, you all rock and are super amazing. Thanks to all the judges who volunteered across Nigeria, you did a great job and made it so easy.


"Thanks to all the African divas who registered across Africa, attended the auditions and sent your video auditions, you girls are super talented, beautiful, smart and strong. You all didn’t come to play at all.... you owned it! You have given my team and I a lot of work to do in selecting the 22 girls for the show. We are still on the selection process; it’s so difficult choosing only 22 girls from thousands of girls that registered. Wow! Thanks for coming with your ‘ A ‘game . Always remember you all are winners, live your dream and never ever give up! Love you #africandiva #africandivarealityshow @africandivashow”
