President Donald Trump on Tuesday pulled out the United States out of an international nuclear deal with Iran, raising the risk of conflict in the Middle East, upsetting European allies and casting uncertainty over global oil supplies. US President, Donald Trump says he will withdraw the US from an Obama-era nuclear agreement with Iran.

Brazil’s former president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva says he is “very much a candidate” in the elections coming up in October, despite having been in jail for a month, the newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo reported Monday. The message was given by theologian Leonardo Boff, who visited Lula in prison in the southern city of Curitiba.

Rouhani stated this on Sunday in an address on state TV. He disclosed that Iran has plans in place to confront any decision by US President Donald Trump, who said he would withdraw from the nuclear agreement.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller warned he could order Donald Trump to testify as part of a probe into alleged Russian election meddling, US media report.

Mr Mueller suggested the move during talks with Mr Trump's lawyers in March.

The threat to issue a subpoena, as it is known, was reportedly met with a sharp response from one of Mr Trump's former lawyers.
