Face Masks Now Compulsory In Public Places – FCT Minister

In an effort to enforce social distancing in public places like markets and check the spread of the coronavirus, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mohammed Musa Bello has directed the enforcement of the use of face masks in all Abuja market places.

Do Not Extend Lock down: NLC Warns

The Nigeria Labor Congress has warned the Federal Government against further extension of the lockdown put in place due to the novel coronavirus pandemic claiming that it could trigger social unrest if the lockdown exceeded one month.

The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) has extended the suspension of National Passport processing and migrant e-registration from 23rd April to 23rd May 2020.
