The dethroned Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has taken the path of legality where he sues the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and the Director-General of the Department of States Services (DSS) to a federal High Court sitting in Abuja challenging his illegal detention and to enforce his fundamental Human Right.

Justice Dongban-Mensem Takes Over As New Acting President Of Court Of Appeal

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Hon. Justice Monica Bolna'an Dongban-Mensem as the Acting President of the Court of Appeal with effect from March 6.
