Former world number one Golfer Tiger Woods, was on Monday morning arrested the Police for allegedly Driving Under the Influence (DUI) near his home. Woods was released along with his mugshot three hours later based on self recognition. According to the report, "Woods was booked into the jail at 7:18 and released at 10:50". Woods has been battling injuries in recent time.
In February 2017, he indicated interest to participate in the Honda Classic Golf Tournament billed to take place at Palm Beach Garden before he withdrew due to back injuries. The Golfer underwent medical surgery to address the injuries in April. The surgery will keep him out of active competition for another year, although he claims that he is feeling much better.
His recent post on his website reads "it has been just a month since I underwent fusion surgery on my back and it is hard to express how much better I feel. It was instant nerve relief. I have not felt this good in years". He added that as for returning to competitive golf, "the long-term prognosis is positive"
