Facebook Chief Executive, Mark Zuckerberg is set to unify the messaging services of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to incorporate end-to-end encryptions into the apps for better privacy and security. According to New York Times, the apps will continue to operate separately, however, the technical infrastructure will be integrated.

The Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) has revealed that internet users increased marginally to more than 111.6 million in December 2018. The NCC made this known on Monday in its Monthly Internet Subscribers Data for December posted on its website.

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd has announced that it will introduce an app on its smart television that will enable owners watch shows bought on Apple's iTunes service, Reuter’s reports. The Samsung deal is a step towards addressing the current weak Apple sales in China and the global market.
