The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has suspended its five-week old strike following a meeting with the Federal Government’s delegation.

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai, has disclosed that the Nigerian Army University in Biu, Borno State, will take off next September. Buratai made the disclosure shortly after receiving the Certificate of Occupancy and the surveyed site master plan for the university site from Gov. Kashim Shettima in Maiduguri on Monday.

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC), has released the May/June WASSCE results for this year.
