Members of the Biafra Zionists Federation, BZF has yesterday issued a threat of ultimatum demanding Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state to pack out of Government house.
The Militia group said the governor must quit the government house latest 9th March 2020 to pave way for the sacked Emeka Ehedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to occupy government house.
The proscribed group also threatened to drag President Muhammadu Buhari and the service chiefs to the International Criminal Court (ICC) over the current wave of killings going on in the country.
The criminal group issued this threat in reaction to the killing of seven (7) villagers who were allegedly massacred by suspected herdsmen in Delta state community.
The self-acclaimed leader of the proscribed group, Barr. Benjamin Onwuka disclosed this in Enugu that the killing of the said villagers would not be acceptable.
According to him, the group received the news of the gruesome murder of these villagers with shock and have vowed to visit the ICC with the case since the present administration has failed to protect their people and have continued to develop a deaf ear to atrocities of the herdsmen in the country.
The Biafra Militias accused the Buhari administration of tactically annexing their ancestral land to herdsmen, saying the killing was not ordinary but a targeted attempt to insulate them from the face of the earth.
In its statement which was reported by Daily Post; “How would one explain that 7 persons, including a 7-year-old child, will be murdered in cold blood without any trace?
“The question we are asking is- are these herdsmen spirits?
How come they operate at will and none has ever been arrested?
Meanwhile, they revealed the government of Hope Uzodinma has no legitimacy, he knows he was not elected by people but was imposed by the Supreme Court on good people of Imo state, On that day, I shall be leading Emeka Ihedioha back to the Government House,” Onwuka boasted.
