Wilfred Ndidi has confessed to enjoying his newly find role with the Leicester City Team as he takes up the position.
Ndidi, a defensive midfielder, has been jacked higher by the Italian Manager, Enzo Maresca this season. He has rewarded Maresca’s faith by adapting to the new position. The Nigerian International has scored three times for his former Premier league championship this season.

The 26-years old won the penalty that was converted by Jamie Vardy for the Foxes winning goal against Bristol City at the King Power Stadium last Saturday in the tough march.

Ndidi applauded Maresca for his impressive displays this season.

Speaking on the official club’s website today, he said, “Kudos to the manager because he’s trying to help me understand the role. He’s trying to help me,”

He acknowledged saying “The guys who naturally play in that role are helping me too. It’s a process. It’s going well, but I’ll keep going. It’s very interesting because I try to get in the box more often. I’ve always had it but it’s taken Enzo to make me know I’ve actually got it. He’s trying to push me.”
