Nollywood actor and Senior lecturer at the Department of Theatre & Film Studies in the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Mr. Ovunda Ihunwo on Tuesday disclosed how himself and his family escaped death on his 12th wedding anniversary after his centre table, with glass top exploded.
The actor said he celebrated his 12th Marriage Anniversary on the 17th of April, 2018. But something shocking happened same morning; the sitting room’s centre table tempered-glass exploded.
He disclosed this on his Facebook page. The post read;
"I didn't want to spoil yesterday's fun but this would have been a tragedy on our anniversary. This tempered glass centre table exploded in my sitting room yesterday morning. It may have expired, who knows?
"The good thing is that the kids who would have been playing and lying around at that moment were out with mum just a while before it happened. So no one was hurt. Bottom line: At all times, God orders our steps and keeps us out of harm's way! Many thanks to you all for celebrating with us. You'll all be celebrated adequately."
