In what appears to be a historic visit, United States President Donald Trump stepped onto North Korean soil as he met Pyongyang’s leader Kim JongUn. Moments after becoming the only sitting US president to set foot inside North Korea, Trump brought Kim back over the dividing line for a meeting where they agreed to commence level talks on Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons.

President Trump was quoted to have informed the 35-year-old Pyongyang leader that he was invited to the White House “anytime he wants to do it”.

The two leaders also walked passed south of the Military Demarcation Line that divides North and South Korea.
