Justice Mohammed Idris of the Lagos Federal High Court has given the Department of State Service, DSS, a 48-hours ultimatum to charge the detained Managing Director of Capital Oil and Gas, Ifeanyi Ubah to court or release him. In a 100 page judgment, the trial judge, on Thursday, May 25, ordered the DSS to release Ubah, if it fails to file a charge against the oil magnate.
