Real Madrid midfielder has subtly slammed his coach, Zinedine Zidane after scoring his first career hat-trick for Spain on Tuesday night. Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr has hinted that Deportivo de La Coruña starlet Francis Uzoho will be his first-choice goalkeeper at the 2018 World Cup, pointing out that he has not conceded a goal since making his international debut.

While the Bursaspor defender is on the bench, Kelechi Iheanacho and Oghenekaro Etebo have been entirely ruled out of the friendly after failing to recover from their injuries.

There has been more forced withdrawal in the Super Eagles camp as Kelechi Iheanacho and Shehu Abdullahi are struggling with injuries ahead of the international friendly game against Serbia. Iheanacho is out with a fractured hand while Abdullahi has not recovered from injury.
