Barcelona have established that Brazilian international Neymar would leave the club this summer to join French giant, Paris Saint Germain (PSG). Neymar flew back to Catalonia on Tuesday after a promotional trip to China, but was granted permission to miss training session on Wednesday. Although the star player was pictured driving to Barcelona training ground, the Club tweeted that he had been excused by the Manger.

"Neymar Jr hasn't trained on Wednesday with the permission of the coach #FCBlive"

Meanwhile, ESPN FC has quoted the spokesman of the club as saying that Neymar has spoken to his teammate to say goodbye.

"Firstly, the player came to training today as expected; secondly, he spoke to his teammates to say goodbye because his intention is to leave the club; and thirdly, due to the situation the manager has given him permission not to train."

PSG is reportedly ready to meet the €222 million buyout clause contained in Neymar's contract with Barcelona. The deal will make him the most expensive player in football history. His medical is set to take place at the end of the week or Monday.
