Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr was among the early arrivals for the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup draw holding at the 6,000 capacity concert hall of Moscow’s State Kremlin Palace.

In a live tweet made at 2.26 pm ( GMT+1) through its official twitter handle @FIFAWorldCup, FIFA said: “Nigeria’s Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr was one of the first to arrive at the #WorldCupDraw.”

Among the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) delegation who accompanied Rohr to the draw were NFF president, Amaju Pinnick and the League Management Company Chairman, Shehu Dikko.

Nigeria are drawn if Pot 4 alongside Serbia, Australia, Japan, Morocco, Panama, Korea Republic and Saudi Arabia, after FIFA used its October 2017 ranking to allocate the qualified teams to four pots according to their ranking in descending order, with hosts Russia, taking top seeding spot.

The Super Eagles are most likely to draw any of the Pot 1 teams including Germany, Brazil, Argentina, France or Russia.
