Kelechi Nwakali has reportedly returned to Arsenal Football Club after spending last season on loan with Maastricht, a Dutch side. Following his return, the 19-year-old Nigerian international visited Arsenal Coach, Arsene Wenger on Wednesday to restate his readiness to fight for a place in the club next season.
On Wednesday, he took to his Instagram and posted a picture with his coach and wrote 'nice time with the boss today."
It is yet to be seen if Nwakali will follow Alex Iwobi's steps by breaking into Arsenal's first team.
Nwakali signed for Arsenal after his sterling performance at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup where he won the Golden Ball Award. He was thereafter sent on loan to Maastricht where he made 29 appearances scoring 2 goals.
