Curtis James Jackson, popularly known by his industry name 50 Cent says the current United States President, Donald Trump paid him $500, 000 during the Presidential election campaign to appeal to black voters. The talented rapper and TV Producer made this known recently in an interview with Ebro of Hot 97 Radio station while discussing his new BET show '50 Central' the state of New York hip-hop and most notably Donald Trump.

The rapper said before Trump got elected, the Republicans were having a problem with the Black American voters and they elected to contact him to sway the vote in their favour by requesting him to make an appearance in their Presidential campaign. He, however, claimed he rejected the offer because the money was not good.


According to him 'they actually paid me $500, 000 bucks as part of the campaign, for making an appearance 'I was like, 'Nah, that’s not good money. Nah, I’m not going to do that. That’s not worth it. He would just be remembering me each time he looks at me..."
