Despite recent warning by the Presidency on calls requesting the banning of Big Brother Naija, the Environmental Rights Action/Friends of the Earth Nigeria, ERA/FoEN, has called on the Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation, NBC, to sanction Multi choice owners of DSTV and GoTV to stop promoting smoking scenes on the BBNaija show.

Emerging information revealed that feuding former housemates at the second edition of popular Television Reality Show, Big Brother Kemen and Tboss worshipped together last Sunday. Tboss who shared the information with her followers on her Instagram page, after posting a picture she took with Kemen said the Pastor coincidentally preached forgiveness as sermon.

Mixed reactions have continued to trail the ongoing Nigerian Reality Show, Big Brother BNaija, sponsored by online stores, Payporte. While some see nothing wrong in the programme, many have called for its ban, claiming that it is pornographic and promotes immorality. One of those who have called for its ban is Yakubu Jimoh. Jimoh who took to his Facebook page slammed the organizers of the programme for airing programme that have no direct bearing on the development of youths in the country. He wrote;
