Six Properties Linked To Petroleum Equalisation Fund’s GM Forfeited - EFCC

​A federal high court sitting in Abuja has on Thursday, 19th December 2019 ordered the final forfeiture of six properties owned by Goddy Nnadi, the General Manager (GM) (corporate services) at the Petroleum Equalisation Fund (Management) Board.

The immediate past Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen has been restrained from leaving the country; the order which is alleged to have come from the Presidency. Saturday Punch reported that the move may be part of another fresh probe into Onnoghen’s matter; the former CJN was convicted by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) for non-declaration of his assets being a public officer.

Group Demands FG, EFCC To Return Orji Kalu’s Loot Back To Abia State Govt

Two socio-political Organizations, Ndi-Abia United and Abia Good Governance Initiative, have demanded that the FG and the EFCC should return loot recovered from the convicted, Orji Kalu back to the Abia state government since the loot initially belongs to the state.
