Okuama: DHQ Declares 8 People Wanted For Murder of 17 Soldiers

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) at a media briefing on Thursday declared 8 persons wanted in connection to the recent killing of 17 military personnel in Okuama, Delta State, who were buried yesterday in a ceremony attended by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other top government dignitaries. Those declared wanted are Prof. Ekpekpo Arthur, Andaowei Dennis Bakriri, Akevwru Daniel Omotegbo (a.k.a Amagben), Akata Malawa David, Sinclear Oliki, Reuben Baru, Igoli Ebi and Clement Ikolo Ogenerukeywe.


At the briefing, the Director, Defense Media Operations, Major General Edward Buba urged residents of Delta state and adjourning states to provide the military with reliable information that would lead to the arrest of the wanted individuals, and added that the military is committed to apprehending the perpetrators of the heinous murder of their personnel.
