Community Museums To Be Established In Nigeria - Lai Mohammed

The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, announced on Thursday at the ongoing 4th World UNWTO/UNESCO
World Conference on Tourism and Culture in Kyoto, Japan that there are plans to establish community museums as this will benefit local communities within the country.

Universities Have 6th December To Enroll on IPPIS - AGF

In an attempt to end the deadlock over refusal of some University lecturers to enroll into the Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (IPPS) policy of the Federal Government, on 2nd December, 2019, Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris issued a letter to all the Vice-Chancellors of the Federal Universities warning that, lecturers who failed to enrol on the IPPIS platform on or before Friday, December 6, 2019, will be appropriately sanctioned.

 The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has raised alarm that the Department of States Services (DSS) is planning to arrest them whenever they will embark on protest. The student body warned that its Association will not relent in protest if the secret police made attempt of keeping one of their member behind bars for protesting as a result of this alarm.
