The Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai on Friday took another swipe at the embattled suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Walter Onnoghen, saying he is unfit to continue in that capacity.

Mr, Olanrewaju Olayanju a member of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) representing Emure constituency in Ekiti state, House of Assembly, has quitted his membership of the PDP to join the All Progressive Congress (APC). The lawmaker described PDP in Ekiti as a party which has reach a “dead end” saying he can no longer be a member of a party that is in a confused state.

The Court of Appeal on Wednesday debunked reports that names of dead and retired judges are on the list of the 250 Judges sworn-in as Chairmen and members of the 2019 Election Petition Tribunal.
