Goodluck Ebele Johnathan Launches Book 'My Transition Hours'

Former President, GoodluckEbeleJohnathanlaunched a book titled 'My Transition Hours' today, at Transcorp Hilton Abuja. The book launch was graced by several dignitaries who poured encomiums on Jonathan for the singular act of conceding defeat which many at the occasion described as the height of statesmanship expressed by the former Nigerian leader. 

South-South leader, Chief Edwin Clark on Sunday explained why stakeholders in the region have thrown their weight behind the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar.  The founder of Pan Pan Niger Delta Elders Forum (PANDEF) stated this in Abuja shortly after a campaign group for Atiku under the aegis of Atikulated Leadership Movement, led by its National Coordinator, Mr. Mike Kelechi, made him a patron of the group.

The National Vice-President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Amaechi Asugwuni has called on workers in the country to vote out state governors that are refusing to pay the new minimum wage of N30,000.
The call was made during the inauguration of the new National Administrative Council (NAC) of the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) in Lagos.

President Buhari Restates Commitment to Fulfil His Campaign Promises

Nigerian President, MuhammaduBuhari says his vision and objectives for Nigeria are very clear and he is on course to achieve them.

He restated this commitment while speaking when a received the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) led by its National President, Reverend (Dr.) Samson Ayokunle at the State House, Abuja on Friday.
