Kankara Abduction: PDP National Chairman, Secondus Leads Protest In Abuja

Prominent Nigerians across the nation have continued to demand the unconditional release of the abducted students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina State. The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, on Thursday, teamed up with hundreds of women and youths in Abuja to insist on the immediate and safe rescue of the over 300 students.

The protesters stormed the Presidential campaign headquarters of the PDP in Maitama, Abuja displaying placards with various inscriptions lamenting the deteriorating security situation in the country.

Secondus stressed that the situation in the country has become too dangerous for silence even as he called on President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately bring the abducted students back and unhurt.
