The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has finally appointed Alhassan Doguwa as its Majority Leader in the House of Representatives.
According to the Nation Newspaper, Doguwa is an APC member representing Doguwa/Tudun Wada Federal Constituency of Kano State.
The lawmaker was the Chief Whip of the House of Representatives in the 8th Assembly.
The report is coming barely a day to the resumption of the 9th Assembly.
The leadership of the National Assembly went on recess shortly after its inauguration to enable the management NASS address issues relating to the welfare of the lawmakers.
